About Steve Ree

The fish bite better when fished for formally.

My siblings and I grew up in the classic style of the small towns in Central Minnesota in the sixty’s and seventies. We invented and played all kinds of games all summer, along with some sandlot baseball and some fishing.  Winter was spent driving snowmobiles, playing pickup hockey (snow banks instead of boards) and basketball. The fall was spent hunting in North Dakota and MN.

After graduating from Moorhead State University, I married my college sweetheart. Six weeks after our August 1st wedding, as Roxann started her second year of teaching, she ended up in the hospital for 3 and 1/2 months with French Polio. For 10 days of that, she clung to life by a thread.  I was one scared and lonely 22 year-old.

Her will to live prevailed and after months of re-learning how to do nearly every life function, she was nearly back to normal health. Back to teaching she went and eventually we had a daughter followed by a son–both healthy and happy.

In May of that first year of marriage, with a partner, I started my first company.  Jennings Decoy Co. (my middle name is Jennings), a small manufacturing company with a plan to sell decorative wooden decoys to gift shops and sporting goods companies. The concept worked and the company flourished for over 20 years until we sold to an investor.

Now empty nesters and recent grandparents, Rox continues to teach and I market for a variety of companies locally and nationally. Marketing and sales are my passion and I have added “Attraction Marketing” to my skill set which I thoroughly enjoy. Most of my athletic hobbies have ended but hunting and fishing continue to be my main interests.

I look forward to meeting and getting to know people from around the world as my global marketing expands.  Don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions or inquiries!

Good getting to know you. If you find your way to my website, send me a message from the blog and we can connect. I’m interested in working with someone like yourself. I think that we could learn a lot from each others strengths.

Who knows if it would be a good match … but when you mentioned on the Webinar that you would like to partner up with someone with some Tech Skills, I was listening.

Your business background and entrepreneurial spirit with my passion to help others to succeed online and “Techy” skills, it just might be enough.

You know where I hang out … your move.

    Jim
